A 74 years male named BK Revadas, Senior Brother, director of Sunni Seva Kendra Himachal Pradesh -BrahmaKumaris, was presented at Shivasya Hospital with H/O Acute urinary retention post-surgery for Right ulnar nerve compression. His CT scan showed multiple calculus in urinary bladder with grossly enlarged prostate (120cc) and he was medical management for prostatic enlargement since long time.
